Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

At Andre’ Julius Custom Suits & Tuxedos, every garment is designed, cut, and handcrafted exclusively for each client. Because all orders are made to individual measurements and specifications, every piece is one of a kind. Our policies are designed to maintain fairness, clarity, and the integrity of our custom process.

1. Order Cancellations

Clients may cancel or modify their order within 24 hours of placing it.
After the 24-hour window, all orders are considered final, and production begins immediately — this includes fabric sourcing, pattern creation, and initial cutting.
Once production has started, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds can be issued under any circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

Because each garment is fully custom-made, Andre’ Julius does not offer refunds once the 24-hour grace period has passed.
Deposits and payments made toward custom garments are non-refundable after 24 hours, as materials, time, and labor are allocated to your project at that point.
In limited cases, payments may be credited toward a future order at the discretion of Andre’ Julius management.

3. Returns

Custom garments cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created specifically to each client’s unique measurements, fabric choices, and design preferences.
In the rare event of a verified craftsmanship or production error, Andre’ Julius will inspect the garment and provide an appropriate correction or remake solution at no additional cost.

4. Alterations & Fit Adjustments

Andre’ Julius guarantees the quality and fit based on measurements taken at the time of ordering.
Clients have 30 days from the date of pickup or delivery to request a fit evaluation.
Adjustments due to weight fluctuation, changes in body composition, or client-requested design modifications after production are not covered under this guarantee and may incur standard alteration fees.

5. Fabric, Design, and Style Selections

Once the client approves their fabric, lining, and design details, these selections are final.
Any design change requests beyond 24 hours from order confirmation will be treated as a new order and subject to new charges and timelines.
