Andre’ Julius Alteration Policy

At Andre’ Julius Custom Suits & Tuxedos, every garment is individually crafted to the client’s exact measurements at the time of order. Our goal is to ensure an exceptional fit and a fair process for both the client and our tailoring team.

1. Fit & Alteration Timeframe

Clients have 30 days from the date of pickup or delivery to request any fit-related adjustments.
Alterations requested after 30 days will be treated as a new service and subject to standard alteration rates.
All alteration appointments must be scheduled in advance to ensure proper evaluation and timely completion.

2. Weight Fluctuation

Andre’ Julius is not responsible for fit issues that result from significant weight loss or gain after the initial measurement or fitting.
A fluctuation of 10 pounds or more (or any visible body composition change) may require re-measurement and additional alteration costs.
If a garment no longer fits due to weight change, our team will provide a complimentary consultation and estimate for the necessary adjustments.

3. Alterations Covered by Andre’ Julius

Minor adjustments (sleeve length, pant hem, waist taper, etc.) are complimentary within 30 days if the client’s measurements remain consistent.
Major adjustments (shoulder, chest, seat, or full re-cutting) will incur additional tailoring fees and extended production timelines.

4. Alteration Turnaround

Standard alterations require 5–7 business days.
Complex or full re-size alterations may require 2–4 weeks, depending on the season and fabric type.
Rush services (under 5 business days) may be available for an additional fee and are subject to approval.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for attending all scheduled fittings and communicating any fit concerns promptly.
Missed or delayed appointments may impact completion dates.
Garments left unclaimed beyond 90 days after completion may be considered abandoned and handled at Andre’ Julius’ discretion.
